Feedback & Complaints

If you feel that our service does not meet your expectation, we welcome your feedback.

We carry out an annual patient feedback questionnaire to establish patient experience of our services. We review the information with all staff members and we implement improvements where deficits are noted or where additional improvements can be achieved. If at any point you wish to complete this questionnaire, please ask one of our administrator and they will provide this for you.

High standards and quality service are very important to us. However, if you feel you need to make a formal complaint, we have a complaints policy and procedure in place. Please call, e-mail or message the surgery to initiate this process.  

Any feedback or complaints will be dealt with in a professional and confidential manner in accordance with our practice policies.
